Where is my order?
Orders are packed within 2 to 3 business days, not on weekends or holidays. Standard shipping then takes about 5 to 7 business days, expedited 2 to 3.
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live, so if it looks blank at first, give it a day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery time depends on the destination and rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
The printed Parent Guidebook includes worldwide shipping in its price.
Can I return something?
Sales are final, so we do not take returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
Customers in the UK and EU have 14 days from receipt to request a refund, as required there.

Digital printables are delivered by email right after checkout. Check your spam and promotions folders first, and search for mamahuhears.

How do I get back into the program?
Log in here: program login. Use the same email address you bought with.
Questions about what the course covers, how long it takes, captioning, or professional development hours are answered on the FAQ page.
Can Michelle tell me what to do for my child?
Not specifically. Michelle is a pediatric audiologist, but she is not your child's audiologist, and nothing here replaces your own care team.
What she can do is explain the options in plain language, help you know what to ask at your next appointment, and remind you that you are already doing more than you think. That is what the free guide and the program are for.
